Sabudana khichadi ( Chowari/sago/tapioca pearls)
This has been constantly favourite from childhood, especially more famous in fasting during navratri, mahashivratri seasons!! A simple vegan dish!! Initially when I used to prepare this, it used to become sticky and messy but experimenting and trying out again and again resulted in better version
