Love for this one is always irreplaceable!! Especially those childhood memories when we used to relish this in winter season!! Thandi ke mausam mai yeh halwa khane ka maza hi kuch aur hai❤️ I had tried few ways of making this halwa all these years, in different ways and this one I find more simple and delicious too!!

Recipe:
Grated Carrot -2 cups
Ghee-2-3 tbsp
Nuts
Crushed Cardamom-2
Milk 1+3/4 cups
Malai (milk cream)-1 tbsp
Sugar -1/2 cup .
*Add ghee in a pan, fry the nuts and keep aside. On the same pan add grated carrot and cook in medium flame for 5-7 min in medium flame.
*Add cardamons pods.
*Add milk gradually and cook for about 10 min in low flame until milk is evaporated and completely absorbed by carrots.
*Keep stirring in between often.
- Add malai and sugar, mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until sugar is incorporated well.
*At last top it with fried nuts and serve!! .

Halwa stays good in fridge for few days, can be served cold or heated too!! Every version tastes yum!!❤️
