This is an essential part of most North indian house holds. Whenever I get mint/coriander leaves in bulk, I do love to prepare this chutney and stock in my fridge. It goes great with many dishes from paratha to samosas, kachori, chaats, sandwich, idli,dip for grill appetizers etc. My way of preparing this green beauty is below.

Grind very well 1tsp coriander seeds,1tbsp roasted peanuts. . Add: . 1.5 cup coriander 1 cup mint leaves 2 green chillies Small ginger piece 1/4 tsp chat masala Less than 1/2 cup yogurt (curd) Salt 1 tsp jaggery (optional) .
Blend everything very well and its done!! Store it in a airtight container in refrigerator!!
